Job Description


Job Title:

Home Carer


Main Purpose of Job:

To aid individual customers in their desired wish to remain in their own homes, through undertaking agreed tasks as set out in each individual care plan.



  1. Responsible to: The Manager and Senior Staff.
  2. Responsible for: Delivering a service of care to individual customers within operational guidelines.
  3. Liaison with: Manager, co-ordinator, senior staff, colleagues, customers and where designated, outside agencies and family members.


Main Tasks of the Job:
