About Us


We fully recognise that our staff and management team are the key to our success.  We understand the rewards of working in a community setting but also acknowledge the difficulties that such services sometimes bring.  We are committed to delivering good quality support to all our staff, including a training and development programme which offers the opportunity to attain an appropriate recognised qualification at a number of levels.  Our personnel policies are developed to maximise people’s involvement within the organisation and to create opportunities for individual contributions to be recognised.  Staff are actively encouraged to communicate and share information with the management team and offer any suggestions that they feel may benefit the company.



All staff receive full induction training both to maximise their knowledge and confidence as well as familiarising themselves with the philosophy of the company.  Both theory and practical elements of the job are investigated in order to promote empathic as well as physical aspects of the job, in order that it is always recognised that, dignity and choice allied to rights are as important as knowledge of first aid, basic food hygiene and moving and handling skills.  All staff are referenced CRB checked and carefully chosen both for their personality, as well as their practical skills, in order to offer the widest range of quality services.
